Messiah Performance, December 14, 2024 at 3 pm: The complete Handel’s Messiah
Spring Performance, April 13, 2025: Verdi’s Requiem with the Schenectady-Saratoga Symphony Orchestra conducted by Glen Cortese.

Join us for an extraordinary musical journey as we prepare Verdi’s Requiem for a performance with the Schenectady-Saratoga Symphony Orchestra at Proctors Theatre on April 13, 2025. No auditions required—just bring your love of singing and a commitment to our shared passion for music. We want a large and dedicated ensemble for this operatic tour-de-force and rehearsals begin on January 6, so whether you’re an experienced chorister or returning to singing, we’d love to welcome you! Rehearsal Logistics:
First Verdi Requiem Rehearsal: Monday, January 6, 7 PM – 9 PM. Registration begins at 6:15PM
Regular Rehearsal Time: Mondays, 7 PM – 9 PM
Location: Zion Lutheran Church, 153 Nott Terrace, Schenectady
Before you arrive for each rehearsal, review the Respiratory Illness Precautions and follow the procedures therein if you have an exposure to, are experiencing symptoms of, or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or another respiratory illness,
Parking: Available next to the church.
General Check-in. Everyone must check in upon arrival at rehearsal. If you are late, check-in before you sing.
