Octavo Singers Summer Sing!
Join us on Monday, August 12 at 7 p.m. at First Reformed Church in the Stockade, Schenectady. We'll run our Spring literature: Dvorak’s Stabat Mater. The room where we'll hold the sing is air conditioned and on the first floor. All music for the season will be available! See you all there!

2019 Octavos Scholarship Winner Announced!
We are pleased to announce our Octavo Singers 2019 Scholarship winner, Luke Fallati. Since age eleven, Luke has been a vocal student of Daniel J. Foran , Master of Music, Manhattan School . Mr. Foran observes Luke’s vocal technique, work ethic, and his musicianship continue to grow, as he does. Luke planned and executed his recital last year and “bested” Mr. Foran’s expectations. He has been a member of the Octavo Singers and the Capital District Youth Chorale. In addition, Luke participated in the Festival for Young Artists at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and performed his first operatic aria, Non Piu An’drai from Nozze di Figaro. Luke plans to enter the School of Music at Schenectady Community College. Best of luck, Luke !
